Mirage, a new art project of the Musée d’art de Joliette, unites the talents of various Quebec artists and offers them resources to create digital artworks for architectural projection. For one week, four artists will take up residence in Joliette and work at the Musée. They will meet people who shape the stories and territory of Greater Joliette. Their original works will then be presented as a program of architectural projections, with a duration of approximately thirty minutes, on the magnificent façade of L’Institut, a heritage building.

These projections will be repeated on ten occasions in August and September. The general public is invited to join us every evening, free of charge, to celebrate this artistic digital creation and appreciate how artists from different perspectives interpret Lanaudière’s history and stories.
