CONCERT BY THE CHOIR OF THE MUSÉE D'ART DE JOLIETTE
To mark the appointment of Annie Gauthier to the position of executive director and chief curator of the MAJ, the Choir of the Musée d’art de Joliette invites you to an intimate concert at the Museum to hear pieces from the following works: Mozart’s Requiem, the Missa Choralis by Liszt, Lux Arumque by Whitacre, the Magnificat by Rutter, Northern Lights by Gjeilo and choruses from operas with the distinguished participation of soloist Marie-Ève Dubé. This free concert will last for 45 minutes and will be followed by a wine and cheese reception. It should be noted that the choir of the Musée d’art de Joliette is composed of some fifty choristers, and seating is limited. Reservations are required.
